4 Sticks wont work.

Hi guys, I just bought two new memory sticks (2x1GB DDR2 800mhz) to match my other two sticks (The same) but now my system wont get past the mother board loading screen.

ASUS PK5 C.

A friend suggested I should set memory speed to dd2 667 in the bios and memory voltage to 2.1v but when I did that I just had no signal at all.
