4 Rubber Stand-Offs on Duron

1 of the 4 rubber stand offs on the Duron CPU have come off before CPU installation. Is it still safe to try and install the fan onto the cpu? Is there something I can replace it with? While installing the fan should I just be careful not to push too much pressure where the stand off is missing?

Yes, just take a little more care when installing.

Just glue the thing back on on.

It's always a good idea with Duron/Athlon procs to be very careful not to rock the heatsink, even with the standoffs, as they compress easily.
And yes, just glue the foot back on. It should be just fine.
