This is my first post to Anandtech, so be gentle.
With more and more things being USB compatible these days, and USB being faster than PS/2 connectors, serial, and parallel, it is quickly replacing everything else. With only 2 USB ports on most systems, USB hubs really come in handy. I found a USB hub for only $9.50 on a website and placed an order, with shipping it came out less than $20. The hub is a brand name, Belkin, and according to Belkin's website retails for $69.99 with A/B Cable and AC/DC power adapter.
The link to this hub is for the HUB and POWER ADAPTER -- A/B CABLE IS NOT INCLUDED! The USB Hub can be bought here:
USB-Hub for $9.50
If you need an A/B Cable to connect it to your PC, use this link from the same site to buy one for only $1.95:
6-foot A/B Cable for $1.95
With these 2 items shipped, you're looking at $17.45 which includes shipping! Buy.com's cheapest price on one of these is right around $25 without shipping, and most Belkin's average $35.
My first one so don't flame me
