4 pin to 3 pin fan adapter?

I recently made a new build and what's bothering me is this - the EP45-DS3R has 3 fan pins, 2 are normal 3 pin ones, the last one is a 4 pin one with an extra pin for speed control. I have no need for this and just want a normal 3 pin for my S-Flex, which right now is hooked up with a horde of wires from the PSU. I know there are adapters the other way (to power 3 pin fans with a molex connector), but is there a 4 pin to 3 pin adaptor?

Is that your CPU fan plug? That is for pwm fans but a standard 3 pin will work fine. In your bios you can change the fan control to voltage IIRC.

edit-sys fan 2, same deal
