4-pin or 8-pin CPU plug?

Got a new motherboard and there is an 8-pin plug but 4 of them are covered. I have a 4 + 4 pin on my PSU so should I remove the cap and plug in all 8 or keep just the 4?

Anyway, since you have an 8 pin (EPS12V) from your PSU, remove the cover and use all 8, it could potentially increase stability/max OC although it's unlikely to ever make a difference unless you have a quad core and are trying a really big overclock.
