Prepare for the oil hike and to dish out 3.50/gallon soon. You can betcha Dubya wont be pushing for emergence of electric/hybrid vehicles soon. Power and gas rates will go berserk and the only thing that will be cheaper will be the cell phone rates signed up with yearly contracts.
Slowly everything with go to shi|tz starting with the environment. To top it off, you can expect tax hikes to pay for the war and the wars to follow. That unless we want to bleed to death like Russia did during the Afghan war...
