4 monitors on one system

What woould be the best (cheapest) way to set up 4 monitors on one system...
Seeing as dual PCI video cards are almost impossible to track down and QUAD (AGP or PCIx16) are way too expensive???
Need the Motherboard / Graphics card set up??
