4-in-1's or Service Packs first?

Hey all,

Little question about installing 4-in-1's on VIA KT-133 systems. Obviously, it's necessary. But so is Service Pack 2 for 2000. So, which do you install first? Does the Windows Service pack override thigns that the hardware needs to know from the 4-in-1's? Hardware stability is the #1 thing for me here...

Thanks.

Well I slipstreamed Sp2...so I guess you could say it was installed first, then I installed the 4in1s after.

That seems to work fine, so I'd probably do SP2 first.

I just recently reinstalled Windows 2000 on my computer which has a KT133 chipset. The first thing I installed after the basic installation was SP2, then the 4in1, and then the rest of the device drivers and windows updates. And it worked fine. No problems whatsoever.
