4-in-1 upgrade

I want to upgrade the 4-in-1 drivers on my KT133 chipset mobo.
I was wondering if there was a way that I can back up my current ones before I install the new drivers in case something goes wrong.
Im using very old versions right now. Either the ones that came on CD with the drive or the ones that were avalible on the internet when I got the board. I got it early Augest 2000.

No need to worry, the latest 4-in-1's will install on any VIA chipset, from VP-1 all the way up to KT266A.
