I'm chilling in the office for the evening to catch a 10000rpm 146.8GB UltraSCSI replacement hard drive that's meant to replace one we had fail today. They have until 8:18EST when, by even the broadest of definitions, they'll be out of their window. 4:18 was when the dispatch called me to tell me that someone was going out. I know I started calling HP around 3:15 to get the RMA and about 20 minutes into the call, the rep reminded me that I had 4 hour service

Who thinks HP will come through? I figure it to be a 2.5 hour drive from where they said they were dispatching from....

Off to play pacman...

I called around 3:15, they got here at 11:45. Now that's what I call four hour response. Awesome.

My HP servers have that 4 hour support, but I decide just to take the advance RMA and have them ship it to me priority overnight.
