4 Drives+ 2IDE

hi all
i'm adding a DVDRW to my system, and i'm wondering how i'm suppose to hook it up to the rest of the equipment:

i'm running a:

winxp pro ( sp1)
P4 2.53
1GB DDR pc2700
200GB WD HD
DVDROM
CDRW
+ DVDRW

so my question is, how am'i suppose to connect all these together without loosing any performance?
my board has 2 IDE connectors! do i need a controller card? or i should go without?

any body any help??
thank you all

You should be able to get by without a significant performance loss.

Hook up your hard drive as master on the primary IDE channel.
Attach your LEAST used optical drive as slave on the primary IDE Channel

Attatch The Other Two Optical drives however you like
