Well, I have a test call scheduled in ten minutes, but the connection I need to actually do the testing is down. Someone has opened a ticket on it, but there's not much I can do until it's back up... and since it's Friday afternoon, I'm guessing it won't be back up today since it's in a test environment and not production.

I should probably note that I'm unemployed because I'm out of school and debating between Grad School and trying to find a job...basically living with my parents until I figure it out...
