Why don't they just rename E.R. to "Another Can't Miss Heart Pounding Episode That Will Leave You Breathless", because that's how they market it for every frickin' episode for the past however many damn seasons it's been on.
 
Alright, now that I've actually seen this episode, I can comment on it. He didn't TUBE the chick. She had lower back pain and no obvious reason for it. Sometimes breast cancer presents itself as lower back pain.
 
yeah, that was weird seeing the guy that plays "Stephen Saunders" on 24 now. he's a doctor...that's released a lethal bio-chemical weapon upon the US. hmmm.
