4,000 MB, that cant be right

Maybe it is full of bloatware or it might also count all the picture you've taken in the same folder?
 
XP doesn't know how big programs are. Maybe you have too many temp PICs? An image at 1200dpi might be a GB large.
In my case it even says Windows Uninstall is used "often".
