If these are the same as the ones a few months back that were 3TB for $100, you can take them out and make them internals 🙂 great drives.
 
Awww, too bad not USB 3.0 otherwise I'd leave them as externals. Well, got too many spare drives as it is, so I'll pass for now.

but they are sata 6Gb/s... so just yank em out and hook to some other interface.

I bought 4 of these when they were $100 at mc. i pulled them out and stuck them in raid enclosures. they've been working great for 7 months now. :thumbsup:
