The Logitech XBOX Wireless controller is teh goodness. I love it. It is weighted nicely and is very responsive and the batteries last forever.

THe Best Buy glow ones work well in my experience too, a friend has used them for several months.

Biggest problem with them is that they dont have an expansion slot for the xbox communicator headset... so you've gotta invest another $70 into their wireless headset... so that's like $130 for a wireless controller that you can use on xbl.

3rd party usually aren't the greatest controllers to have. I still have my original fatty controllers I got with my original box and they work fine. I'm not too fond of the S controller but it is still better than madcatz. Has anyone ever tried the "Micro"? I seen one the other day and literally started laughing, the thing fits in the palm of my hand. What age group are they targeting with that one?

I use the Controller S and I like it. A friend has a Mad Catz or something and it is terrible and uncomfortable.

ive played with madcats and i hate it. Ive never liked 3rd party controllers for any system.
I don't like the feel of the madcatz either... I actually don't like the new configuration of the buttons as in the S-controller even.. I stick with the original larger one...

I also get 50% off anything Logitech and still won't do it.
