3rd party windows task manager that shows net usage?

What I want is a task manager that I can invoke similar to Windows Task Manager, but rather than just showing me the process executable name, user name, cpu usage and memory usage, I want it to show TCP network usage in kb/s. This would be pretty useful for identifying malware and keeping tabs on bandwidth.

Where can I find one?
 
sorry i dont have a direct link, but over at the software forum, there is a sticky with numerous useful programs. I remember downloading a network traffic program. But there are so many damn pages I forget where it was 🙁
