Okay, have 3rd interview on Monday @ 7am. Getting up @ 4am to get too. Anyway..... The position is for a senior help desk job locally. My first interview was with the Network Admin. Then for the 2nd interview, I met with his boss, the IT Director. Now, for the 3rd Interview, I'm going to be meeting with the CIO.

The last two times I wore a nice tie, shirt, suit, etc. Is it a good idea to do so again, for this 3rd interview? I have to go to work afterwards, so I thought maybe all of the same again but no tie? The two other guys who interviewed me mentioned how it is business casual, and neither had ties on.

What would you do....

Wear a tie. Always better to be slightly overdressed.

I'd still wear a suit to be professional IMO 🙂

You're interviewing with the top guy in IT right? So....I think dressing at least as good as before is called for.
