3rd Gen 975X boards?

I was going to get the Intel Bad Axe 2 for an e6600 system. In the AT Pre-CES article, they mentioned the 3rd gen of this chipset.

Does anyone know what will be different/changed in this revision? Is it anything to hold off and wait for?
