Eldar, Orks, Space Marines, Imperial Guard, Necrons, Tau, Chaos Space Marines, and now Dark Eldar and Sister of Battle ( aka Witch Hunters ). They are missing Deamonhunters and Nids.

I can't wait to snatch this expansion up just to get a chance to play the Sister's of Battle. My table top army is composed of Sister of Battles ( Witch Hunters ) and so I am very bias :p. Anyways I loved the previous DoW games and hopefully they further improve on the series. THQ has done a great job at making a fun 40k RTS game.

i really wish they hadn't done SoB since i see them more as a subset of the space marines (kinda like the inquisitors). i know they're a separate tabletop army, though.

a shame the engine can't handle the tyranids though, i would much prefer to have them.

I may not even get this.
It seems to me the original game and balance was damn near perfect. They didnt reach the same fun level in either of the expansions and I hated the way they rebalanced the factions. I didnt care for the new costs or unit limits. And the additional content wasnt really impressive.

But as we always say, "YMMV".

I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly annoyed.

The engine must be around 2-3 years old now and this new added content looks about as interesting

THQ already said a while back ago that they are saving the Tyranids for the next engine they going to use for DoW 2 inorder to do them justice. So really it's not a big deal.

What's interesting is that Iron Lore, the makers of the RPG Titan Quest are developing this game; that means Relic is working on some titles, and hopefully one of them is Company of Heroes 2.

It's possible that Iron Lore is prepping it's RTS skills before it moves into making it's own IP *prays thats the case.*
