I'm gonna cut off the 3pin connector from the delta 60mm fan and put a 4pin connector. What colors should go with what? Is this fan running at 5v or at 12v? Which color is the negative one?
 
If that's the 60x60mm high-powered Delta fan, it's a 12V fan. Connect its red wire and black wire to the power supply's yellow wire and adjacent black wire, respectively.
 
Yeah 🙂 and I forgot about the third wire... it's the RPM pickup, but for some reason 😉😕😉 I suspect you would know if the Delta were not running. You can cut it off at the fan if you want.
