3M Anti-glare filter?

does the 3m anti-glare filter actually do anything for my monitor? I have a huge glare on my computer throughtout the whole afternoon and i hate it when ppl watch wat i do *wink wink*.

it is basically like looking at your pc through a tinted window....not really a bad addition to old monitors with slow refresh rates and such...

Many of htose also provide privacy
