3G/LTE tablet owners: Can you use the SIM card on a phone?

I'm curious if any of you have experience using tablet data SIM card in your phone and if the data will work? I was wondering if the Tmobile free 200mb a month LTE tablet SIM card would work in a something like an unlocked iPhone.

probably not...

t-mobile does IMEI filtering - you can't use a phone plan on a tablet (unless you do IMEI cloning, which is a tricky subject to talk about, so let's stop at here)

i assume t-mobile will do the reverse (can't use a tablet plan on a phone)
