3DMark2001se and DirectX9

Just tried to run the proggy and it asks for DirectX8.1, anyone else get that after installing DirectX9? I have the Radeon 9700 pro and installed the new Catalyst3.0 also.

Ignore im getting the 330 build that works with Dx9
