3dmark2001 score with Ti4200 = 13674, how is it this high?

This seems a big jump from my <10k on this system

Both CPU speed (FSB) and memory bandwidth/speed influence the 3D Mark2001 results, this is what has happened in your case.

Exactly. I get ~13300 marks with almost the same setup as you: 8RDA+, Ti4200 @300/600 (64MB), 512MB PC2700 @ 180 FSB, 2100+ @ 2.16 Ghz.
