3DMark2001: Figuring out when Loop Benchmarking locks up

Is there anyway of figuring out when 3DMark2001 locks-up?

I put the app in Loop Benchmark mode last night and when I came back to the machine today it indeed locked up, but at what point?

Does 3dmark freeze your comp or boot you back to the desktop?

I'm on Win2k SP2.

It's a hard freeze, complete system lock. It locked in the 'Lobby' scene.

Are any of your hardware OCed?

I'm just trying to figure out if there's a log file or something that I can check?

I can troubleshoot from there, I just need to know at what point the app failed.
