3DMark06 Score Seems Low

I'm scoring around 5300 on 3DMark with the following setup:

Athlon X2 4600+
2GB DDR2 667
GeForce 7950GT 512MB Forceware 93.71 Drivers
100GB Maxtor SATA Drive

That seems a little low to me? Any suggestions short of overclocking or upgrading?
 
That's about the score you will get unless you get a Core2Duo CPU.
Sadly 3dMark-06 gives you bonus points for a fast CPU but if you compare the SM2/SM3 score you will see you are pretty much in the ballpark.
