3DMark05 in x64, unable to run?

I just finished installing Win x64 Pro and went to download pcmark05.

I downloaded it (this is after all of my drivers and updates) and it told me i had to download windows media encoder first. although i had never been told that previously, i did, and ran it again.

all that it says is available are the 11/11 system tests, but no graphic or cpu tests...

any idea why?
