3dmark05 error while running 2nd Game Test (nature)

I just got a Radeon 9800pro and I am using the catalyst 4.10 drivers. everything seems to work fine except in 3dmark05, while trying to run the second Game test (nature) it gives the error: "D3DERR_OUTOFVIDEOMEMORY"

It ONLY does this the first time I run 3dmark05. once the error is given, and I run the test again. it does not give the error.

should i be worried?
