3dMark03 wont start?

I have a GF-4 Ti 4200
Epox MB
512 PC133
TB sound

When I start the bench, the screen that starts the bench just barely flashes then im back at the desktop, heres what ive done.
Installed the 41.09 det(tryed all the Dets)
installed DX9
installed the newest VIA 4n1s
installed newest TB drivers.

It still wont work any ideas?
