3Dmark03 Question

I overclocked my A643500 to 2.42 and I have my DOT set at 7% and I ran 3DMark03 and said that my cpu was running at 2.21. Before when I had my CPU at 2.21 and had DOT set at 7% and it read 2353. Why is that?
