Edit:
Here are links to both

Firstly, Post your scores! I want to see what everybody else is getting.

I know mine are messed up.

Hardware:
XP Pro
Tyan Thunder K8W M/B
2X AMD Opteron 246 (2.0ghz each)
2GB Corsair PC3200 ECC Ram
Leadtek FX5900 XT

Scores:
3dMark01: 6122 3DMarks
3dMark01: 4191 3DMarks, 179.0 CPUMarks

So now I have all this computing power and when it puts up my project on the futuremark site for 01, my CPU is listed as "Unknown 1992 MHz" and 03 shows "AMD Athlon(tm) 64 1991 MHz"

This is obviously messed up. I have newer drivers than are what's listed on futuretek's site so I'm lost on why my Marks suck so much.

Any ideas?

I checked the search feature and they don't even have opterons as a cpu, let alone dual opterons.

Seems like the athlon 64 of comparable cpu speed (only 1 processor are getting a little higher than what i got).

Should I really be getting these low scores? I've just seen people getting ~15-20k marks on much inferior systems (with possibly the exception of vid card)

OK, I have an Athlon64 3000+ . With my 9800pro I used to get about 5900 3dmarks in 03 and 18000 in 01. No the radeon X800pro gets 8810 in 03 and 22500 in 01. I have my dual Opteron 248 here, but my Tyan 2885 motherboard is still on the UPS truck somewhere. I can update this thread later.

You should be nearing 5000 with that card, so yes, something is up. It's definitely low, but that thing will not hit anything above 6500 without a miracle. Are you sure the RAM is actually running at 200MHz? Also, I'm not sure if anyone knows how well 3Dmark plays with duallies in general, as you could have scheduling issues. Try running it again, this time with 3Dmark's executable on one CPU only.

That'd be great if you can give an update b/c i have the same board so i'd like to see if there's something going on with the board.

I'm semi-new to dual processors so is there any monitoring software out there to check info?

With the rig in sig:
'03 : 5555.... Radeon 9800 256 at stock speeds
'03 : 9775.....BFG (pre-OC) 6800 Vanilla instead

Have you installed DX 9? The log of your 01 score shows dx 8. Also, it doesn't recognize the AGP rate, and you're running the original edition of 01.

Do you have the chipset\AGP drivers installed?

Here's links to my scores with an overclocked BFG 5900XT on a P4 3.2 @ 3.6 (HT enabled for what it's worth):
3DMock2001
3DMock03

21,000 in '01.
12,000 in '03.

Intel 3GHz w/ X800XTPE.

'01 - 21000
'03 - 6500

P4 2.8 @ 3.29
Sapphire 9800 Pro @ 430/365

That '01 score you have is HARSH... something definately wrong there.

truth be told, as gaming goes your system isn't that fantastic. Sure, dual CPUs are cool, but they do nothing (well almost nothing) in games. Also, a 5900XT is old hat compared to the 6800GT and Ultra. For example my setup scores about 11,000 in 3dmark2k3.
