3DMARK very low......HELP ME OUT!!

ok i have been playing with 3dmark for a few days now and comparing my score to other people with similar setup to mine, im finding out that my score is way to low
i have a
BFG 7800GT 256MB
1 GIG OCZ value
AMD 3000 = 1.8 (not OC)
and a DFI lanparty sli DR

and with 1280 x 768 res and no AA i only get 3500 score. WTF is going on, i barely get over 10 FPS during the first test and around 10-15 with the forest test and the same 10-15fps with the snow and dragon test.
also my cpu score is around 710, can anyone tell me why im getting such low score?

for some odd reason i cant run anything higher then 1280 x 768 so thats why i dont have the default settings on....

my monitor is a crummy 15" crt

comparing scores from other members plus scores on tomshardware, it seems like im getting scores half of what i should be getting
maybe im just not using it correctly or i have something turned off or on thats affecting my score

a 6600gt gets ~2000 in 3dmark06 i think. i think you are comparing your 06 scores to sli 6600gt 3dmark05 or even 03 scores.
