I just pieced together a pretty decent machine and I am not sure if these scores I'm getting are expected or low. First the rig:

Intel X25-M SSD (80G)
Sapphire Radeon HD 5870 (OC'd to 900MHz GPU Clock and 1300MHz Mem Clock)
Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz (OC'd to 3.8GHz)
6GB OCZ DDR3 1600
ASUS P6G Deluxe V2 Mobo
Windows 7 64bit RTM

Scores are 15600 CPU Score and 16957 GPU Score

Total of a P16631

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Well, I can't really comment on your overall score as I don't have a 5870 (running a crossfired 4890&4850 ATM), but your CPU score is way, way down from mine. Even at stock clocks my CPU score was 17736 (I'm running a Xeon W3520, server version of the i7 920 and will score similar), overclocked to 4.2 the score vaulted up to 26023. So yours at 3.8GHz should fall somewhere in between, closer to the 26xxx. You may want to give your bios settings a closer look.

I was thinking that really it seems everything is low. I wonder if I need to update my mobo drivers...

Interesting note... I used AISuite to change
my overclocking to 200 and got 4.2GHz.

My CPU marks went DOWN to 15000...

My first overclock was done via BIOS. The second was done through the software product. I'm gonna go back to stock settings when I get home to see how that acts.
