3dmark scores seem a bit low...

Recentley assembled a rig:
Amd 64 3500+
Geforce 6800 ultra
msi k8n neoplatnium
1gb ddr 500 ram
win xp pro
Scores are as follows:
3dmark 01:22155
3dmark 03:12199
3dmark 05:3699
First two seem normal, but the later begs to question something along the lines of WTF. Can anyone verify these?
