Hi. I test my Gtx 1080 ti on all benchmarks , scores are fine. But on fire strike test not passed. BUM screen: Temps are normal 83-84 during test. Help. RMA card?

Beside that. In all games temps are the same and i have good performance without drops. I have good scores in all other tests. Can i trust this strees test or i must change card? thanks

No update is not the reason.
Also i have newest drivers. My previous card Gigabyte 1080 Xtreme was passing always test. So why not passing my 1080 ti reference? Is this reason to rma card?

Maximize fan speed and raise temperature limit.

The clues are there: GPU-Z PerfCap reason "Thermals", fluctuating frequency, and 3DMark frame rate stability.

It's not a stability test in the sense of "how stable is your hardware" it's more of a "how stable is your framerate". You're framerate is dropping because your clockspeed is dropping. You're clockspeed is dropping because your chip is getting hot and throttling. It's working exactly as intended, the chip has a dynamic clockspeed and fluctuates based on thermal and power limits. If you want to lessen the chance of throttling, get MSI afterburner and set a custom fan curve so that fan speed scales with temps 1 to 1 (40% fan at 40 degrees, 50% at 50, and so on).

The Founders Edition has a less robust cooling solution than the AIB cards will have, to get around that you have three options:

1) Deal with the noise and raise the fan speeds
2) Replace the cooler with an aftermarket solution like the EVGA Hybrid
3) Return the card and wait for the AIB cards like the Asus Strix or EVGA FTW etc
