3DMark demo dropping to desktop even when not OCed

I'm running a C633@980 1.8v and I'm still testing it to make sure it is 100% stable. I can run Prime95 for days without any problems but the 3DMark demo drops me out to the desktop after about 1.5 hours. I thought that maybe this was exposing some instability so I dropped down to 950 with the same result. Then I dropped to default of 633 and the same thing happened.

Does any one else have this problem? I've got a CL OEM GTS2 32MB that's running at default core and memory frequencies, so it shouldn't be getting too hot. Abit BX6, 128MB PC100 cas2.

Get the patch from null. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Get CPU stability test here!

3Dmark is not a good indicator as it seems to exhibit this behavior on many systems, overclocked or not.
You might try Final Reality instead.

Try a Q3 loop, see if that will run. If it does, and that patch doesn't work, try unintstalling and reinstalling the program. And whatever you do, don't even look at the 3Dmark score once you get it working!! It's just a stability test
