If you were to do it again would you buy the same card?? I am in the market for a new card and I am just trying to decide between a ati radeon 9800 pro and an asus geforce fx 5900 ultra. Any suggestions??

I would buy a GFX5900 if I had it to do again. Mainly because at the time I bought, we all thought HL2 would be out in 2 weeks, and that ATI was the only way to play it. So I dished out around $400 for a 9800 Pro + heatpipe. Looking back, I could have gotten a $250 5900 + heatpipe and had the same performance in pretty much all games. Don't get the GFX5900 Ultra though, the extra 256mb of ram is a waste, and a Non-ultra can overclock to the Ultra speeds easily.

I should note that my 5900 Ultra gets about 200 points better, on a lesser system (not that it makes that much of a difference, as 2k3 is mostly GPU dependent).
