3DMark 2003 game 2 real game?

Anybody know if the game 2 of 3dMark 2003 may be based on something or something may come out like it? Those were good graghics. And the player models and their actions as well as the feel and ragdoll effects are amazing and far beyond that of Unreal II. Even the sounds of the weapons are great. If may run slow as I don't know what but it looks great. This is the game I would like to try out.
 
Didn't even notice the jetpack. I believe MS outwars had a jetpack and was an enteresting game but not nearly as good as other FPSs.

Game 2 is just so realistic. The models actualy move realisticly which is what I expected from Unreal but this is so much better.
