Hi all.

I have been lurking around in this forum and various forums like this one (ocp, oca, etc.) and I haven't found a tangible answer to my question. I did a 3dmark benchmark on my new system and something isn't quite right. I barely get 9200 3d marks. Looking around, that seems rather low for my setup. This is a new system, and I want to get it set up without any overclocking to get some accurate benchmarks prior to any overclocking.

The 3dMark was run using the defualt settings, and my final score was 9213. Any help would be appriciated. My system is as follows:

Athlon XP 2700+ | ThermalTake Volcano 9 | Asus A7N8X Deluxe | 2x512 Mb Corsair XMS PC2700C2 | MSI GeForce4 Ti4600 | Soundblaster Audigy Platinum | Toshiba SD-M1502 DVD | Plextor 16/10/40 | 2x40GB IBM HDD's | InWin full tower case w/Antec True Power 380

Since I just built this computer, I thought screw it, and reformatted the pig...on the freash install, with the new nvidia drivers, I got a 13468!!! I know there was a driver conflict with the Win XP pro divers and the nvidia ones that I installed before. Thank for leaning me in the right direction jazzmaster, it got me thinking...

13468 3d Mark here...
