3DMark 2001 scores... too low?

Asus A7V133
AMD Duron 750 (7.5x100)
128MB PC133 (@133)
ATi Radeon LE (Core/Mem @ 166)
Hack to enable HyperZ

I've been getting results of about 2450 (2441 the highest so far), however when I search for other peoples results, with very similar systems, they are getting close to 3000.

All tests were run w/ these settings:

1024x768 @ 32 bit
Anti-Aliasing: None
Frame Buffer: Double
Texture Format: Compressed
Z-Buffer Depth: 24 bit
Remdering Pipeline: D3D Hardware T&L

They've probably got Windows tweaked to the max and their card overclocked to the point where their GPU is melting.
Also, which version of the drivers were you using?
OS is Windows98SE I'm assuming?
