3DMark 2000 locks up in Win2000

Anyone have a similar problem or know the fix? It will run some of the tests and then lock. It happens at different times during the benchmark. My comp passed the DX diagnostics. I'm downloading a direct x game now to try it out and see what happens.

Win2000 with SP1
128 megs ram
VisionTek Geforce 2 MX with latest official reference drivers

edit: I don't think it's anything wrong with my computer, it must be 3DMark
