3dmark 11 - glitch or gtx 1080 artifact?

Hello. Getting weird flicker in 3dmark 11 High temple demo, near on finish.
Once of maybe 20 runs i am getting weird flicker on the same place in test.
Yes it happens very rare. Once of maybe 20-30 runs it will flicker there.
