3Dmark 06 scores.

Post individual scores. Totals scores are crap when comparing video cards becuase a DC CPU will give you an additional 600-1000 points.

thats a good score btw. even with a dual core 3800+ x-2 1 gig of ram... and a 7800gt superclock (using unsigned unverified drivers..perhaps auto lowers score) i only squeeked by with...
3dmark06 - 4159

7900gt superclock gave me...(again using unsigned unverified drivers)

3dmark06 - 5086

so i think your doing fine. everything on my system is as stock speed...cept the videocards auto overclocked from the factory.

3DMark Score: 6670

SM 2.0 Score: 2693

SM 3.0 Score: 3020

CPU Score: 1942

X2 @ 2.616, X1900XTX @ 750/1700

Sounds like your score is fine.

Heres a score from my P D 805@3.4ghz with an xfx 7800gt factory OC

SM 2.0 score 1627

SM3.0 1594

CPU: 1530.

Comparing to this your score is little low, but I guess the dual core in 805 is the reason for the slightly better score.

Here is my score....X1800 XL...A64 3000 @ 1.8

I think 8600 is hell of a score. My x1900xt with opty 165@2500mhz score some where around 65xx. I will post the scores when I fire that machine up.

EDIT: I was wrong it gets around 56xx.

I think this score is rather low for my setup however I have not overclocked either cpu or gpu.

In the above messages where people have o/c'd their gpu's I see something like @ 700/1500 .. now is this the gpu core/memory? Because In my o/c panel my vpu clock goes from 648-690 and my memory clock only goes 774-800..... I am probably doing something wrong.

Can't remember the exact scores, but I had ~1250 for SM2.0, 1250 for HDR/SM3.0, and 1100 for the CPU. That run was on an Opty 144 @ 2.7 and an eVGA 7600GT @ 580/1500.

Total score was about 3100.

Does these scores sound right with my setup?
