i flashed my 9500 pro sapphire OEM bios with the 3.3 infineon RAM one, and after i overclocked, my 3dmark 03 score dropped from 3750 on average to about 2800 @ 340/310, and when i load Diablo II, the text is all screwy and the overall performance in other games i noticed seemed to drop a little...
what's wrong with my card? -> and what's the solution

my 9600 pro goes at 510/345 fine and gets ~4000 on '03

thanks

btw, even if i take it at stock settings with the new BIOS, then it gets around 2400

so what exactly do i have to do to get my scores up to the norm even at stock speeds?
i reflashed the BIOS with my orginal one and it goes back up to 3750, but stock with the modified BIOS gives me a 1400 drop in score, and overclocking ti doesn't even get up to the norm

btw, there are no artifacts, the performance is just increased, but an overall decrease from stock

Some of the sapphire bioses are factory unlocked. Did you try and see if it was an unlocked one.

i don't think it was unlocked, cause whenever i tried using rivatuner to up the clock speed before, and ran a 3dmark, it would revert back to stock
i tried both rivatuner and radlinker and both would still give me a drop in 3dmarks

Try the Rage3d tweak with the newest cat3.4 and follow what the FAQ says

My card works just fine @ 358/315 stock cooling but i don't like 3dmark** and any other artificial benchmark utility so i have no results... i just play my games and do my graphics :D and am happy with it ;)
