3DIMM's not work

amd athlon 1ghz @ 1.26ghz
256MB PC150 Corsair RAM
2x 256MB PC133 PNY RAM
KT133A Shuttle AK11 newest bios

it doesn't work, causes huge instability problems at CAS2, all modules can use CAS2..... what wrong
 
Sometimes some motherboards have problems handling 3 DIMMS. Have you tried all possible combinations of 2 DIMMS? If this works, then it is probably a board problem.
