Sure looks like it to me however it doesn't surprise me, their servers are always down for days on end so it tells me that the server is managed by unprofessional people.
 
Does anyone else yell, "STOP, DROP AND ROLL RODNEY......YOU'RE ON FIRE!!!!!!!" at their monitor when you watch one of his reviews?
