3d workstation.. Quadro FX 1000 or ATI x800 Pro?

Hey guys. Just wondering if a Quadro FX 1000 would give much benefit if any over an ATI x800 pro for a 3d workstation? Reason I ask is because I can get an FX 1000 on ebay for around 400 new.. or get an x800 pro for just a little bit more brand new at an online store..

If you are doing cad work, get the Quattro. If you are gaming, get the x800.
