3D Studio/ACAD Video Card??

Looking for recommendations for a good video card (building a dual AMD rig). Primary applications are: ACAD, 3D Studio Viz, and Photoshop. Budget is in the $400-$600 range. Gaming performance NOT important. Good review sites or previous thread links are welcomed!

I use Lightwave on a Mac G4 using a Geforce2 MX card, and it looks great! It's a nice budget card that you can find under $120 for both the Mac and PC.

I've also heard that the 3D Labs Oxygen card is awesome for both 3D and 2D programs (no gaming performance what-so-ever though). Take a look at that.
