I'm trying to decide between a GeForce2 GTS and a Radeon AIW...
I like the TV feature on the Radeon.

My question is this:
If the GeForce benchmarks at, say, 85 fps, and the Radeon at 60 (hypothetical numbers),
then the game is *playable* by both cards, right? Is there any noticable difference?

Again, I'm making up numbers here. Buying advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

I find games to be playable with an average of 45-50 fps. Since it's an average it will go under and over that number depending on what's on the screen. The radeon should fluctuate less because of it's z rejection capabilities. Since you are new to 3d games you would probably find 30fps playable anyways.
